Aggregate Sites
MPAC is collecting property information to better understand the activities undertaken on aggregate sites across Ontario to help inform the ongoing review of the property assessment and taxation system.
Aggregate property owners are required to provide an overview of site details and a summary of the total site breakdown, including licensed, unlicensed, rehabilitated, and depleted sites by September 12, 2025. Please note, the deadline has been extended to December 1, 2025. This information will ensure MPAC has the most up to date information regarding the various activities undertaken on aggregate sites.
The Assessment Act grants MPAC the authority to request and collect property-related information to support quality assessments. Property owners are required to submit accurate, timely, and fulsome information, as stated in Section 11 of the Act.
We encourage property owners to submit their information by email at aggregates@mpac.ca. Additional resources, as well as access to fillable PDF forms, are available in the Resources section below.
