Office of the Quality Service Commissioner

The Quality Service Commissioner is appointed by MPAC’s Board of Directors and reports to the Board and Quality Assurance Committee.

The Office of the Quality Service Commissioner completes reviews and provides recommendations and technical advice to the Quality Assurance Committee on quality measures related to assessed values, classifications and exemptions.

We operate impartially to develop and implement quality standards and initiatives that support MPAC’s corporate strategy while promoting a culture of excellence.

The Office of the Quality Service Commissioner Team consists of 14 team members located across the province.

Our role

  • Review and provide recommendations on quality measures
  • Develop and implement quality standards
  • Measure MPAC’s compliance to policies, procedures and directives
  • Investigate and address material public complaints
