Aggregate sites information request

Request letters mailed Submission deadline
May 4, 2026 July 13, 2026

MPAC is collecting property information to better understand the activities undertaken on aggregate sites and ensures our database remains current, supporting both the delivery of annual assessment rolls and development of quality assessments.

Starting in 2026, aggregate property owners are now able to submit their requested property information online through MPAC AboutMyProperty™. The online submission process provides users with a:

  • User-friendly interface to help navigate your submission.
  • Opportunity to quickly upload supporting documents.
  • Submit online in 2026 and carry-forward the details for future requests, saving time and effort on future submissions.
  • Easy access to view and print submissions for added convenience.

If you have received a similar letter in the past, this information request reflects our continued work in this area. For others, 2026 may be your first request for this type of information. As part of the campaign, property owners are requested to provide:

  • Aggregate licence or permit number
  • Details on licensed and unlicensed land components
  • Information about the water handling activities taking place on the property
  • Information regarding any tax incentive program participation, if applicable
  • Photos or any additional documentation, if applicable

The Assessment Act grants MPAC the authority to request and collect property-related information to support quality assessments. Property owners are required to submit accurate, timely, and fulsome information, as stated in Section 11 of the Act.
