The Employee Name format: First name, last initial. ID #: 4-digits. Expiry date format DD-MM-YYYY. QR code: Directs users to www.mpac.ca/verifyid. Microtext background: Background image is of an MPAC office and is made up of repeated MPAC logos.

The back of the card is AODA compliant side with a Metallic hot stamp: Hot stamp of MPAC logo. Then all of the information from the front of the page along with the Toll-free number for MPAC 1 866 296-6722.
