We cover details as to how we collect our data, measure properties, and how to correctly calculate property taxes using the phase-in assessment value. Via a live demo, we show REALTORS® how to get the most out of Public Records, search for comparables, save money on reports, and how they can access Assessment, Site, Structural, and Sales Data, to enhance their business. We also show REALTORS® our increasingly popular AVM product, which produces a real-time market value estimate. It is being used for listing presentations, a second opinion of value, and as an instant CMA.
