MPAC earns Greater Toronto’s Top Employer honour for seventh consecutive year
The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) is proud to announce that it has been recognized as one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for the seventh consecutive year. This honour reflects our collective commitment to fostering an inclusive, engaging, and growth-focused workplace.
“At MPAC, we believe culture is the backbone of a successful organization. When you get culture right, the results follow,” said Nicole McNeill, President and Chief Administrative Officer. “Our team cares deeply about creating workplaces where people feel supported, seen, and empowered. That means openly addressing the topics that truly impact well-being, such as mental health, menopause, belonging and psychological safety.”
Recognition was awarded based on several criteria, including work environment, health benefits, compensation, family-friendly policies, and community involvement, among others.
MPAC’s commitment to its employees is a key factor in this recognition. The organization emphasizes teamwork, ongoing learning, and innovation, encouraging staff to make meaningful contributions to its overall success. Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism (EDIA) remain integral to MPAC’s operations, with an EDIA perspective consistently applied across all organizational practices.
The corporation remains committed to its vision of building a workplace where all employees can thrive and contribute to the organization’s success. Through its strategic focus on delivering exceptional employee experiences, MPAC is dedicated to fostering an environment that supports talent development, addresses evolving skill needs, and nurtures an inclusive, engaged, and continuous learning culture.
Although this award acknowledges employers headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area, it is a shared achievement among all MPAC employees in every office throughout Ontario.
