In today's dynamic real estate technology realm, achieving data standardization is vital for ensuring seamless operations and enhanced user experiences. We are delighted to announce that MPAC has reached a significant milestone and has obtained certification from the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) for adhering to the RESO Common Format (RCF). MPAC is the first assessment body in North America and the largest Canadian organization to be RCF Certified.

RESO is renowned for its dedication to establishing and promoting data standards within the real estate sector. The RCF is a comprehensive guideline facilitating consistent data exchange across different platforms and systems. It ensures that real estate data, including property information and transaction details, are uniformly structured and easily accessible.

As a member of RESO, MPAC played a leading role in developing and implementing the RCF Certification across North America. Earning the RCF Certification allows us to continue elevating our data quality, operational efficiency and technological innovation within the real estate industry.

"We are thrilled to achieve the RESO Common Format (RCF) Certification, as it affirms our dedication to delivering standardized and reliable data solutions to our clients," said Anthony Percaccio, Director, Architecture and Information Systems at MPAC. "This milestone validates our robust data management practices and positions us as a trusted source in the real estate technology landscape."

This achievement highlights MPAC’s leadership in data standardization and our work in advancing the real estate industry's technological landscape. RCF Certification brings the real estate industry in Canada one step closer to having a unified data framework, allowing for consistency and improved data quality.

"MPAC's adoption of the RESO Common Format standard shows its commitment to being a leading-edge organization in improving information accuracy and efficiency.
