Board Governance

MPAC is directly accountable to the public through its 13-member Board of Directors. The Board is composed of:

  • seven municipal representatives
  • four property taxpayer representatives
  • two provincial government representatives

The MPAC Board of Directors provides governance and oversight to the organization to ensure overall direction, effectiveness, supervision and accountability through quarterly meetings as well as regular meetings of the three committees of the Board – Audit, Governance and Human Resources, and Quality Assurance.
